Features Excellent shock absorption. The flat surface of the "D" against the hull spreads impact pressure over a large surface area. Because the Air-D is half as wide as a cylindrical tube the boat's internal cockpit space is expanded for any given beam width. The upper and lower bolt rope tracks prevent tube movement during rough seas or high speed.
